Investor Visa

This visa is for high net worth individuals who wish to invest a minimum of £2,000,000 into the UK. Given the scale of the investment required, applicants do not need to show a level of English language or maintenance funds before they apply and while they are permitted to work in the UK on this visa, it is expected that they would not need to do so.

There are three options in this visa category for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) eligibility:

  • 2 years, if you can demonstrate that you have invested £10 million
  • 3 years, if you can demonstrate that you have invested £5 million
  • 5 years, if you can demonstrate that you have invested £2 million
In each case, there has to be robust evidence of the amount invested in order for the ILR to be considered.

What we do:
guide you through the very complex and specific rules governing the source of the investment funds, how to evidence them and how they can be invested in the UK; prepare the application and help you collate the supporting documents ahead of submission.
